Licensed Massage Therapist, Trauma informed Yoga Instructor, Surgeon’s First Assistant
Deeply fascinated by the intricaties of the human body and witnessing firsthand the impact of trauma on the physical and psychological well-being of individuals, drove Angelina to seek alternative ways to address this interplay and merge the fine connection between western and eastern modalities to modern culture. Consequently, she embarked on a new journey, embracing the world of massage therapy as a means to further explore alternative modalities to emphasize whole self wellness after her career as a surgeon’s assistant.
For 8 years, her experience as a yoga instructor allowed her to witness the transformative power of breath and movement in healing. However, she continues to study the link of body expression, emotions and the impact they have on overall health and wellness. Angelina’s background as a surgeon's assistant afforded her a unique perspective on the intricacies of the physical body. Assisting in procedures provided her with invaluable insight into the body's resilience and capacity for healing.
Inspired by her experiences, Angelina decided to pursue massage therapy as it provided an opportunity to combine her passion for healing and deep knowledge of the physical body. Massage therapy resonated with her as it embodies both the physical and emotional aspects of healing, acknowledging that they are deeply intertwined. Through massage therapy, she has discovered a powerful tool to help individuals reconnect with the innate wisdom of their bodies. By incorporating various techniques she aims to offer a holistic approach that addresses both physical tension and emotional blockages to empower an experience that promotes well-being on all levels.

It's especially beneficial for chronic aches and pains, stiff necks, upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Unlike Swedish massage, which is often used for relaxation, deep tissue massage involves the use of slower, more forceful strokes that target deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.

These sessions can vary in intensity and purpose, from simple relaxation exercises to more intense breathwork designed to release emotional blockages or alter consciousness.
-
A therapeutic and mindfulness practice that encourages individuals to connect deeply with their bodies and internal experiences.
