Licensed Massage Therapist, Trauma informed Yoga Instructor, Surgeon’s First Assistant

After years working as a surgeon’s assistant, Angelina became deeply aware of the ways stress, trauma, injury, and emotional overwhelm impact both the body and overall well-being. Her experience in surgery created a strong respect for the body’s resilience and capacity to heal, while also inspiring a desire to explore more preventative, relational, and holistic approaches to care.

Alongside this, she began working with a dance movement therapist, which expanded her understanding of the connection between movement, emotion, and expression beyond traditional yoga. She went on to integrate these insights into her teaching practice over 8 years of yoga instruction, including creating curriculum during a Lululemon residency and directing Chicago’s first yoga and mind health clinic integrating psychedelic-assisted therapy. Through these experiences, she witnessed how breath, movement, and body awareness can meaningfully shift the way people feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Through intentional therapeutic touch, Angelina’s work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with the innate wisdom of their bodies through nervous system-centered, compassionate, and integrative care.
